Educating community health services to increase access to evidence-based allied health cancer care.
Piloting supportive care screening after treatment at Maroondah Hospital.

  • Supporting implementation and evaluation of survivorship clinics

  • Assessing learning needs in community health services

  • Supporting local community health services to apply for grants to establish new cancer services

  • Collaborating to secure grants to develop information resources for under-served groups

  • Funding breast cancer survivorship initiatives at Eastern and Northern Health
